By creating an account or using dbridge you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use dbridge. These terms apply to all users including free plan users, paid subscribers, and team members invited by others.

dbridge is a web-based database management tool. It allows you to connect your databases, browse and manage data, run queries, manage schema, and invite team members. dbridge acts as an interface between you and your databases. We do not own, control, or store your database data.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use dbridge. You may not share your account with others. Use the team invite feature instead.

You are solely responsible for the databases you connect to dbridge. You must have the legal right to access and modify any database you connect. dbridge is not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or damage caused by queries or operations run through dbridge. We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of your databases independently of dbridge.

Destructive operations, including deleting rows, dropping tables, and running DELETE or DROP queries, are permanent and cannot be undone by dbridge. Always confirm before running destructive operations.

• You may not use dbridge to connect to databases you do not have permission to access.
• You may not use dbridge to store, process, or transmit illegal content.
• You may not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt dbridge or its infrastructure.
• You may not use dbridge to scrape, harvest, or extract data at scale in violation of the terms of the databases you connect.
• You may not resell or sublicense access to dbridge without written permission.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are listed in USD. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law. If your payment fails we will notify you and attempt to retry. If payment cannot be collected your account will be downgraded to the free plan.

The free plan is provided as-is with no guarantees of uptime or performance. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.

dbridge and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by dbridge and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of dbridge without written permission.

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over your databases or the data inside them.

dbridge is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that dbridge will be available at all times, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Database connections depend on third-party infrastructure we do not control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dbridge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption arising from your use of dbridge. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use dbridge in a way that harms other users or our infrastructure. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of dbridge after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
